Roof window specialist fitted my new attic ladder and flooring was carried out within 4hrs no mess no fuss and the end product was like wow such a change I'm 66 years old and to have easy access to my attic is great. Posting on behalf of my brother who had 2 new windows installed. These were to replace 2 old velux windows that were well past their best. The guys opened up the entrance to the loft to get the windows in then restored the opeing when completed.He is very happy with the job and is happy to give Roof Window Specialists 5 stars.

An amazing company that I found to be highly professional in every way from taking my enquiry phone call to the aftercare call ensuring I was happy with everything. I am very happy with the service from Roof Window Specialists. I had been looking for someone to replace six old leaky wooden velux for quite some time and was struggling - I had resorted to lots of silicone! Luckily I saw a Facebook ad and got sorted quickly afterwards. There was lots of useful advice at the initial site visit, fitting was done well and minimal wait. I especially appreciate it all being done in a day which minimised disruption as the windows are in our dining room. Roof Window Specialists brought a lot of crew to make that happen and get the scaffolding down in a day. Not bad to come home from work and the only difference is 6 new working velux!
Both the customer care staff and the two window fitters attending my property were courteous, arrived at the agreed time, and appear to my non expert eyes to have have done a rather good job with my bathroom roof window as well as giving me a demonstration on how to open the window from below.Solid and polite service all round.

I was renovating my bathroom so I decided to replace the 2 old style wooden velux windows with new pvc white ones. They look amazing, what a difference it has made, you can see from the before and after photos! They are brilliant quality and easy to open and close. The 2 guys who fitted them did a brilliant job. So clean, tidy and professional. Great customer service from Mark who came out to the house to give me a quote and Cathy who was there for any questions, orders etc. I will be using them again to replace other velux windows.

We recently had a Velux solar powered roof window and blind fitted by the team from Roof Window Specialists Ltd. From Mark coming to our home and doing the initial survey, through the fitting of the window by the installation team, our experience was smooth and trouble free, at every step. It was always easy to contact someone if we had any queries. Joe and Podraic worked on, even as a sudden shower of rain soaked them through the hole in our roof, to complete their work! Emmet finished off the window with his excellent plastering skills, and all the team, including Cathy, Siobhan and Stuart, were very personable. The window is a great addition to our home, and we were very satisfied with the whole process.

These guys were great - came out and gave advice about the size of window needed and it was spot on! Although the actual work was delayed by typical summer weather (rain) they got us in asap. It was a couple of hours to fit the window - new cut in so the guys made sure to leave us our roof tiles nicely out as spares, made sure to refit our ridge tiles well and left the room really tidy afterwards! Plasterer in the next morning and done a really good clean and smooth job!The window left the room so much more fit for purpose! The before and after with the natural light makes a massive difference!Reasonable price and easy to sort out payment!
I contacted Mark on FB and very quickly i received a response, i then got a phone call and was asked a few questions about my old velux window. I was send a quote and proceeded with the order. The communication was unbelievable and not once did i have to follow up. Everyone was so lovely to deal with. My first point of contact was with Cathy and Siobhan, (very friendly & helpful) A replacement was selected, and a fitting date agreed.Two fitters arrived on due date.They were friendly and efficient and in next to no time the old window was out and new one fitted.Operation of window explained. We recently used Roof Windows to replace 4 old windows in our sunroom which had no blinds and were very hard to open due to ceiling height. The new Velux windows fitted with both solar powered opening and blinds are simply game changing. We can now control the heat and sunlight in the room so easily! The Roof Windows team were superb. A few months ago, the window in my roof cracked, and the frame rotted away, so I called Roof Window Specialist for a replacement.They came out within the same week to quote the job and provided me with several options on how they could get the new window up to the roof. They explained the challenges of working with a small terrace house, which might require cutting a hole in my ceiling to get the window into the loft. I was reassured that they would leave a clean finish.A couple of weeks later, the team returned and fitted the window within a few hours, without any stress or trouble. Importantly, the price I was originally quoted was also the final price—no hidden fees or unexpected charges. They also adhered to the times they said they would arrive, which was greatly appreciated. After completing the work, they cleaned the surrounding area thoroughly. All I need to do now is touch up the area where the hole was with a bit of paint.Overall, I am very impressed with their service. Thank you very much, Roof Window Specialist!

I ordered a 5'x3' velux roof window ,it was delivered and and replaced a 30 year window. The fitters only took 2 hours and the work man ship was second to none , the quality of the product is fantastic and all rubbish was also taken away . Just waiting on the final invoice now . We'll please.
I had two old Velux windows replaced with new triple glazed units. Cathy took my order and was very supportive throughout the process, excellent communication and answered all my queries. The fitters arrived on time, they replaced the roof lights, tidied up and left the place clean, you would not tell that they had removed the old units and fitted the new. I had two replacement windows and one new one fitted (so a new cut out in the roof), I thought the price quoted was pretty good. Joe and Paidraig were able to do them from inside the attic, and had all three of them done in 1.5 days. Really friendly and left the place how they found it, so no mess left behind. I couldn't fault anything here, I'm really pleased and the new windows with the blackout blinds are great.

The guys did a great job at our house, installing two white veluxes and blinds in our rosemary tile roof. The windows have been in almost 2 years now and no issues. Would certainly use them again.
Great service, replaced two old velux windows with two new plastic ones. These are easier to maintain and clean. The difference they make is huge and helps reduce our energy costs. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job and the best thing was no mess or re plastering. Definitely worth chatting to the team.
I have to say. I didn't leave a review at the time but these guys replaced 5 old wooden roof windows in my house in August/September last year.I now have shiney new white PVC Velux windows, much superior quality to what I had originally. All fitted in a day, no mess, very professional, cleaned up as they went along and took all cardboard and the old windows away with them. My house is now much warmer, quieter and brighter.A tad more expensive maybe than other makes but in my opinion we'll worth it.You get what you pay for.I'd have no hesitation recommending these guys.
I have had 3 velux windows replaced by roof window specialists - they did a great job from the estimate, to fitting and tidying up after! More recently they have fitted 2 loft access hatches with integrated ladders which have been incredibly useful for easier, safer access. Really good skilled fitters too! Happy to recommend!
We had 5 Velux windows fitted just before Christmas. From my initial call to Mark, to the fitting, about a month later everything was fantastic.We were fortunate to have Larry & Chris doing the fitting on the day, great lads and it was very obvious that they were very good at what they do. They were in and out within the day, and left the place spotless. The windows white polyurethane and are great and in a different league to the ones we had previously.
